Our No Ruff-Stuff Guarantee means we stand behind every pup. Each sign is custom-made just for you, so we can’t accept returns or swaps for change of mind or typos in personalization. But if your sign arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it faster than your pup can chase a squirrel. Got damage? Snap a photo and reach out within 14 days of your pup’s arrival, and we’ll make it right. 🐾
Shipping & Handling
Because each piece is made just for you, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer. Once your order passes our quality check, it’s carefully packaged, labeled, and prepared for delivery. As soon as the shipping label is created, a tracking number is automatically sent to your email so you can keep an eye on your new favorite thing.🐾
