Every Say it with METAL sign is custom-made specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customer-entered personalization, or incorrect customer selections.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your sign arrives with shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, or is materially different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us at cs@sayitwithmetal.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once we review the problem, we will arrange an appropriate replacement.

Refunds may be issued for qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect orders when appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges because each sign is made specifically for the customer who ordered it.

Please contact cs@sayitwithmetal.com before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
